Users are finding when they set a post processing lead time on an item in ASCP (via simulation set), the planned order has a completion date that is equal to the sales order ship date. They expect to see the planned order suggested completion date offset ahead of the sales order ship date by the post processing lead time. In their example, the post processing lead time was set at 2 days, so they would expect to see a completion date of 30-JAN-2013, not 01-FEB-2013 as is the sales order ship date.
When they released the planned order and the discrete job is created in the source system, the post processing lead time is now being used to put 30-JAN-2013 as the actual completion date and the assembly lead time is not being used to create the lead time offset for the start date vs. completion date.
