VALID_TO Time Of Resources Granted By A Product Are Not Getting Set With Product Cancellation Time. (Doc ID 1531404.1)

Symptoms

VALID_TO time of resources granted by a product are not getting set with product cancellation time.

Steps to reproduce :
1) Create an account with 1 or 2 non currency resource
for eg .,
created a MCF product to grant a free resource :
G flag is enabled
Start immediately
End never

2) From testnap, executed subscription_cancel_deal similar to that of the below input flist :

# number of field entries allocated 20, used 5

1 PIN_FLD_DEAL_OBJ POID [0] 0.0.0.1 /deal 764043 0
0 PIN_FLD_FLAGS INT [0] 33554432


Expected Result
sub_balances valid to be set with product cancellation date

Actual Result :
PIN_FLD_VALID_TO is set as NULL similar to that before cancellation
