Missing Indexes on Audit Tables (Doc ID 1531424.1)

Symptoms

Missing index on audit tables is causing issues due to full scans on the tables.

Indexes delivered on auditing tables need to be revised. Some tables have no indexes at all (eg: au_billinfo_t) while others have required indexes (au_purchased_product_t), but then again the sub tables for the same classes have none (au_purchased_product_cycle_f_t).

The expectation is that all indexes delivered out of the box should be consistent with the auditing that is enabled.
