Service Request Details Like IP Address Are Displayed Incorrectly In Work Queue Manager (Doc ID 1531786.1)

Symptoms

In Work Queue Manager 

Right click a task --> Service request details --> Service Location/Products screen , the IP Address is not displayed on the item even though it is there on the PSR order.
The circuits ids, etc which are also there on the order are are displayed correctly.
