After Demantra 7.3 Upgrade, We Are Not Able To Execute Demantra Standard BLE (Doc ID 1531869.1)

After Demantra 7.3 Upgrade, we are not able to run the Business Logic Engine. We have "BLE Safety Stock", which use to run fine and complete in 2 - 3 Hrs pre upgrade. But after upgrade, we have not been able to run it successfully. It ran for 9+ Hrs without any Database activity and finally we ended up terminating the same.

Looks like, it pulls the data in some type of Java Cache and try to process it in the cache, due to which we don't see any Database activity, but the challenge is, it never completes and there is no way to track the issue.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run "BLE Safety Stock" workflow

The issue has the following business impact:
This is impacting the business severely, since we have not been able to run the BLE Safety Stock for last 4 weeks in Production form the day Demantra 7.3 was upgraded.
