Symptoms


Sdbp_Encrypt is uncompiled and won't recompile. DBA_ERRORS shows the following error:

SYNERGEN SDBP_ENCRYPT PACKAGE BODY
PLS-00201: identifier 'DBMS_CRYPTO' must be declared
