Web Client Has No Response While Clicking "Get" Button on Attachment when Users Do Not Have Read Privilege to the File Type Attribute

When attempting to GET attachments it hangs and the following error occurs in Web Client only.
Error in application server logs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client as userA, notes: UserA has no read privilege on File.Type field on Attachment
2. Click Get
3. No response, no errors messages/warnings from Web Client
