Last updated on MAY 09, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Network Management System - Version 1.10.0 and later
Oracle Network Management for Utilities - DMS - Version 1.10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Some projects have chosen to not display the check boxes for SHOW_EVENTS_AND_CREWS and SHOW_SAFETY in DLG_REPORT_CONTENT_SELECTION.xml for certain user types.

Because there is a Visible statement:

<Visible initial="true" when="DS_LOGIN_ENTRY.TYPE not in ('&UserStudyPF;','&UserSwRequest;')/>

Clients are getting a warning message in the java console:

2013-02-19 06:33:37,721 [AWT-EventQueue-0] WARN com.splwg.oms.jbot.validate.ValidationRule:  CHK_SHOW_EVENTS_AND_CREWS has visible rules using the 'when' attribute and a validation rule
2013-02-19 06:33:37,721 [AWT-EventQueue-0] WARN com.splwg.oms.jbot.validate.ValidationRule:  CHK_SHOW_SAFETY has visible rules using the 'when' attribute and a validation rule

Clients do not want to see this warning message under normal circumstances since it is cluttering up the log.
