Applies to:
Oracle Communications Calendar Server - Version 7.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
When running davadmin account list for all users, it will report all users who exist in LDAP. There is a requirement for the command to report all users who are in the store (database) and flag those as orphans if they are not listed in LDAP.
For example, orphaned user accounts can exist due to one of the following:
- changing the user's davstore attribute to a different backend store.
- deleting a user's LDAP record
The following Enhancement Request was submitted to find and report orphaned accounts:
14837420 - ORPHANS IN DATABASE LOOKED UP IN LDAP BUT NOT REPORTED
However, once we identify these orphaned accounts, how can we remove these orphaned accounts/data from the store ?
