ConnectToResource Usage Incorrectly Increments the ACS CALLS_ETC_HOLD_TIME Statistic (Doc ID 1532891.1)

Symptoms

The ACS statistic CALLS_ETC_HOLD_TIME is not being incremented correctly. The unix time (seconds since 1970) is being added in some cases instead of the duration of the Establish Temporary Connection (ETC) operation.

The statistic will show large values, negative numbers and roll-over almost every time a ConnectToResource command is used:
