Goal

The goal of this document concerns the resolution processof an issue occurring when migrating one report from environment to environment as the connection string seems to be embedded in the report. Specifically,a Crystal Report contains a stored procedure. No other reports have this imbeded stored procedure. The problem is that Crystal Reports 2008 appears to be saving the connect string for the database stored procedure in the report file so it only works on the database where it was run and saved.
