Start Of InfoManager Service Fails After A Change To The Password Associated With The IM Database Schema Even Though Scheduler IM Datasource Has Been Updated (Doc ID 1533655.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to start the InfoManager Service after the password associated with the underlying IMDB Schema has been changed within the DBMS will fail even though the IM Datasource as maintained within the Scheduler Administration Console has been updated to reflect the new schema password. Examination of the IM wrapper log will show a message indicating that there has been an authentication problem when the service tried to connect to the schema.

Changes

The password associated with the IMDB Schema has been changed within the underlying DBMS from that which was originally specified during the InfoManager installation process.
