Frequent "DB Can't open database base from NULL" Messages Logged in the Trace File on SelfReliant SRP Startup (Doc ID 1534109.1)

When starting the SRP, we often notice many "DB Can't open database base from NULL" messages in trace.txt for 2 seconds.  The SRP usually recovers from this starting the applications without problem. Occasionally, it does not recover, and a stop/start of the SRP is required to clear the condition.

Does a patch exist to resolve this issue?
