The Details Of The Service Level Voucher Deal Is Not Displayed On The "Deal Details" List Box

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 22.214.171.124.0 version, the details of the service level voucher deal is not displayed on the "Deal Details" list box in Voucher Admin Center.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a service-level deal from Pricing Center.
2. Create a CSR user from Customer Center.
3. Login to Voucher Admin. Center as the CSR user.
4. From "File/New Order/Order Details" to open the dialog, and click on "Select" to select the deal that created at step#1.
Expected Result: Display the deal detail on Deal Details list box.
Actual Result: Deal Details list box is empty.
