Goal
In 12.1.3 Memory Based Planner:
Users are running ASCP plan. However, intermittently MSCPLD module: Loader Worker With Direct Load Option fails with the following:

Cause:
exchange_and_drop_table (MSCSLD) failed due to ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: declare v_sql_stmt VARCHAR2 ( 4000 ) ; lv_partition_name VARCHAR2 ( 30 and was executed from the file 13255190/msc/lib/mscsld.pc.
