ServiceFulfilment WS Error Message Differs from Error Message Thrown by UI

Customer has Business Interaction with a Service Configuration of type Virtual leased Line Service Configuration.First we have update status with 'Approve' on the service configuration (manual action in UIM GUI).
Then using SoapUI, we have sent an UpdateInteraction request with action=ISSUE. (no issue)
Then using SoapUI, we have sent an UpdateInteraction request with action=COMPLETE and we got the error message : "Termination has not been allocated for VLLS-xxxxx-BR-LD-06." (this is normal as we haven't done the assignments) .
But when we try to do the same thing in UIM GUI : update status with action COMPLETE, we have a message that is : "Termination has not been allocated for VLLS-xxxxx-BR-LD-06. Pseudo Wire has not been allocated for VLLS-xxxxx-BR-LD-06."
We expect to have the same error message in the 2 cases (Soap UI and UIM GUI).
Error message :
<v1:errorMessage xmlns:v1="http://xmlns.oracle.com/communications/framework/webservice/fault/v1-0">Termination has not been allocated for VLLS-xxxxx-BR-LD-06.</v1:errorMessage>
