Insufficient Privileges While Saving A Markup with AutoVue for Agile (Doc ID 1535248.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to save a markup file with AutoVue for Agile the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Insufficient privileges"

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a change order containing a file attachment
  2. Select the row in the change order, and then click on Redline button
  3. AutoVue for Agile window opens, click on the markup button
  4. Create a markup entity
  5. Click on Markup > Save
  6. An error message "Insufficient privileges" appears
