Quotes and Apostrophe Characters Not Converted Properly When Converting Documerge EDL Documents To FAPs (Doc ID 1535304.1)

Symptoms

The characters are different and do not look like, for example, the specific apostrophes and quotes that should be in the output.  This also occurs with "long dash", vertical bar, Legal Symbol, and the Degree Symbol. Therefore, the end result after converting Documerge EDL Documents to FAPs is not the expected result. 

Changes

 Documerge EDL Documents are being converted for the first time to FAP resources.
