Getting the following error when executing custom reports in Insight
"There was a problem executing the report. Please try again later."

Verified the log files on the Insight Web Server and found the following errors:

3/7/2013 7:00:12 AM Error in 'PRBITool.CBITool::ExecuteReport()' 0 - - While executing the Report in Cognos 8 Adverse Events by SOC
