Symptoms

During a period when the mdsgateway was down, an operator assigned a crew to an UAS event.

When the mdsgateway was restarted, the assigned event reverted back to UAS (unassigned) in NMS.

The operator was expecting that the assignment would propagate across to the mobile system.
