Unable To Login To ASAP 7.2 Via OCA Client. (Doc ID 1536204.1)

When trying to login via the web OCA page - I can get the login prompt for OCA. When I try to use the default userid "ASAP_admin" and password - I get the error message "Failed to initialize session, reason: org_xml.sax_SAXParseException; lineNumber: 1; columnNumber: 1; The root element is required in a well-formed document."

I have ensured that there are no special characters in the password (e.g. &) and that the password has not been modified. There is no current workaround.

Also note that ASAP 7.2  is running on an OEL 5.5 VM. We had to change the IP Address of the VM to enable it to run on a different network so that it would be accessible over the network. The OCA Client is working on the original VM. I was able to bring up the OCA client before changing the IP address. It seems to have stopped working after chaning the IP Address of the server. During installation - we had used hostname everywhere to facilitate changing the password of the server if required.
