Goal

The goal of this document is to outline the steps needed to install and run Averify on a Windows 64-bit platform.

 1.  Download Java 8
 2.  Create a new System Variable for JAVA_HOME
 3.  Download the Oracle database client
 4.  Install the oracle database client
 5.  Create a Service Name 
 6.  Test the service name using SQL*Plus
 7.  Download and extract the Oracle Agile PLM Averify utility
 8.  Update the averify.properites file.
 9.  Run Averify and review the log files.
