Symptoms
On Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure (OFSAAI) 7.3.2 / Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 6.1, when attempting click on Financial Services Application menu after a fresh install of PFT 6.1, the following error occurs on the message window:
ERROR
javax.servlet.ServletException: Filter [struts2]: could not be initialized
The following error can be found in the SystemOut.log:

1. Fresh Install of Infrastructure 7.3.2 and all prerequisites.
2. Model uploaded successfully.
3. A fresh installation of PFT 6.1.
4. Login to the application and then click on the Financial Services Application menu.
