Unable To Open A CRF After Changing Number of Repeats in QG

Symptoms
When attempting to open a CRF page after the number of repeats in the underlying DCM has been modified, the following error appears on the screen:
The data entry window has encountered an unexpected error and will shut down. If the problem recurs, please report the following information for diagnostics purposes:
Log code nnnnnnnnnnn, internal error.
Log code nnnnnnnnnnn, internal error.
Additionally, the DcapiHtml*.dbg file ends abruptly with the following:
Thu Feb 21 16:41:00.479 2013 : In InitializeRdcmResponses before GetDataExit, responses_mode_c is UPDATE
STEPS
-----------------------
- Modify the number of repeats in the DCM's Question Group
- Log into RDC Onsite
- Navigate to the CRF and attempt to open (NOTE: Issue occurs for existing CRFs and new CRFs)
