When applying Oracle Knowledge (InQuira) InfoManager patches using the patching utility applyIMPatch.sh|bat, one or both of the following symptoms may be observed:
1) The utility appears to be running slowly and takes a long time to complete.
2) After application of the patch prior customizations to the IM Console, InfoCenter and IMWS have been lost.
