Questions and Answers
  1) What is the difference between them? When specifying both at once, which takes precedence?

 A) Applicable for all fields under SelectBy. You don’t need to specify cartridge namespace/version for every fields.Only applicable for a particular field under SelectBy. It means you are overriding the cartridge namespace/version specified in SelectBy.

 2) FindOrder seems to search orders in only Default cartridge in case 2. Is it as per design?

 A) FindOrder will search orders for the specified cartridge namespace and version.

 3) Can we specify only cartridge name without version in Field element ?

 A) Yes, You can specify cartridge name without version, but it will search only the default cartridge.
