Linux Engine Runs But Does Not Generate Forecasts OCCITest Failed (Doc ID 1537847.1)

Symptoms

The Demantra Engine was installed on linux 

When running the engine, the process starts and completes but no forecasts were generated

The EngineManager logs has the following messages
  ERROR Engine on machine localhost or on Port XXXX can not be created, make sure EngineStarter is running on the correct port.

The engineprelog stopped at 

   Create OCCI Enviornment 
There were no engine log files created 

When the OCCITest was run 
  cd $ENGINE_ROOT/lib
  ./OCCITest <schema name> <password> <db host>:<db port>/<service name or SID>


The occitest failed with
  sqlldr: symbol lookup error: sqlldr: undefined symbol: kgestkguard_

Running sqlldr gives the following error:
  sqlldr: symbol lookup error: sqlldr: undefined symbol: kgestkguard_
