How To Clear the Server Cache Without Server Restart?
In the database level, you could see the particular record get updated correctly. But how ever In UIM UI, the updated values are not getting reflected.
When you bounce both Admin and Managed Servers then you are able to see the Latest updates.
But you do not want to do the Server restart, you are looking the way to clean the cache with out restart of the server.
