PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_STOP_ACCOUNTING Opcode Doing Incorrect RATING For Service Which Is Inactive

Symptoms

Implemented AAA g/w manager to support prepaid services over Diameter protocol, with Resource reservation manager framework.

Came across a scenario where an incorrect rating is happening with PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_STOP_ACCOUNTING opcode

Step 1. Authorization of Prepaid account is done with help of DCC-initial request calling PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_AUTHORIZE for requested units of 1MB.

Reservation and active session objects are created for the authorized account.

Step 2. Account which is authorized , service is inactivated through customer centre.

Step 3. Account which is authorized and suspended, stop_accounting for this account is run with help of opcode PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_STOP_ACCOUNTING

Result :
The authorized account is rated with 0 balance impact when the account's service is suspended.

Expected Outcome:
Despite the Account's service being suspended after inactivation, account needs to be rated with the authorized amount.
