MetaSolv User is Not Able to Delete the Existing Organization Contact Type (Doc ID 1538011.1)

Symptoms

User is not able to delete the existing Organization Contact Types from the list. After the deletion process, they disappear from the list but on click off refresh button they are appearing back.


Re-creation steps
1. Open Organization Contact Types.
2. Choose Options--> Delete
3. Refresh the window and the deleted option returns.
