Collections Center Inserts Actions With Incorrect Date (Doc ID 1538939.1)

If you insert an action in an account's list of actions, and you choose "tomorrow" (the next calendar day), the system changes the date to the current day when scheduling the task.

This causes the system to cancel actions because the date has already passed by the time pin_collections_process runs that evening.
