Symptoms

Running any past or present M1-DPLOY batch jobs in a fresh MWM installation results in an error.  No previous deployments were created before now. This is the first attempt to run a deployment on this system.  The batch log M1-DPLOY.20130228######.###.THD1.stdout indicates:
