REPL_ITEM_LOC Table Not Properly Updated Through Rilmaint Batch (Doc ID 1539134.1)

When changing the Primary Supplier and Primary Country at Item/Supplier/Country level and Item/Loc level, those updates are not reflected at the existing replenishment level in REPL_ITEM_LOC for that Item/Loc combination (stock_category:D/W & loc_type:W) although it has been reflected within ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY after execeuting RILMAINT batch; Why?
