Not Able To Connect To Testnap Utility (Doc ID 1539166.1)

Goal

Installed BRM 7.5 in a test environment and initially there was no any issue with it.

Then, for an unidentified reason, suddenly unable to connect to testnap. When tried to connect to testnap, the following error was given:

ERROR: testnap: PCM_CONNECT():: err 56:PIN_ERR_BAD_LOGIN_RESULT, field 0/1:PIN_FLD_ERR_BUF,
       loc 6:PIN_ERRLOC_FLIST, errclass 1:PIN_ERRCLASS_SYSTEM_DETERMINATE, rec_id 0, resvd 0

cm.pinlog reporting the following error:

   bad login for "root.0.0.0.1 (/service/pcm_client)", failure type 0

Note CM and DM_ORACLE processes are up and running, and there is no problem to login with GUI client applications, like Customer Center or Pricing Center, and also able connect to database, but not able to testnap.
