Cash Flow Import Fails While Importing Interest Rate Scenario In Balance Sheet Planning (BSP) (Doc ID 1539664.1)

On Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP) 6.0, when trying to import Interest Rate Scenarios, the Cash Flow Engine fails with the following error:

"Import failed. Please check the log for details"

The following errors can be found in bsp_log:
2013-03-07 14:56:15,455 [ERROR] [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '12' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] - Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key Unpriced Accounts

2013-03-07 16:11:34,201 [INFO] [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '1' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] - ERROR: Cannot begin data load. Essbase Error(1021001): Failed to Establish Connection With SQL Database Server. See log for more information

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
