Goal
How can we configure ASAP so that all ASDLs (from same CSDL) of a particular WO for same NE will be executed through same device (connection) ?
In a socket interface, we have configured 3 devices with 3 different ports, but there's a restriction all commands for a particular subscriber have to be processed on same port for a "transaction" (one or more commands)
