Subsequent Reservations Sends 0 Time For Data Charging When Reservation Config Is Not Configured (Doc ID 1539890.1)

Symptoms

After installing patch 16402145, if 'Reservation Config', which is optional, is not configured, the reservation for a data charing session hangs after the first subsequent reservation which is an ACK that contains 0 reservation time.

beWARS.log in DEBUG would show:
