HSTMTHUPD.PC batch Inserts Item Location Combinations That Have Zero Stock on Hand Quantity (Doc ID 1540101.1)

Symptoms

while running the HSTMTHUPD Batch ,It inserts item location combinations which are not having any stock on hand .

Steps to Recreate:

Scenario 1
1. Ensure that there are items in ITEM_LOC_HIST_MTH with EOM_DATE as the previous end of month date and there are no records for those items in the current month.
2. Run HSTWKUPD batch with the history level set as ‘A’.
3. Observe that the records for the current week are not inserted in ITEM_LOC_HIST_MTH week.

Scenario 2
1. Ensure that there are items in ITEM_LOC_SOH have STOCK_ON_HAND = 0 and there are no records for those items in the current month.
2. Run HSTWKUPD batch with the history level set as ‘A’.
3. Observe that the records for the items with zero STOCK_ON_HAND are inserted.
