Information in this document applies to any platform.
Initial symptoms show many orders are unrouted/on the free bar during scheduling with adequate availability for the work. It was not clear why these orders were not scheduled.
When close all shifts/final schedule was generated, a high percentage of orders remained on the free bar despite vans being available.
RM logs show continuous logging of this message during normal operations:
And the PROCESS_STATUS table records show constant updates.
