Symptoms

Users are finding the ORD field in the Confirmation Notice of ASR orders are blank for ACT type C, D and R.

The field populates normally for ACT type N (New) C - Change D - Disconnect R - Record Activity

The information being provided back in the FOC to the clients is incorrect and can impact automated systems.
