PROBLEM

Launch the Demantra - Launch EP Load program in CRT1 instance after completed previous set of programs like shipping and booking history, item and location Hierarchy Collections.
Launch EP Load was failed due to Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20002: -20003 ORA-20003: Error in PACKAGE BODY DATA_LOAD line 4070
  executing ACTIVE_PROC_DYN('EP_LOAD_MDP_LEVEL')
