CCB allows for the Account ID of a normal SA to be manually changed from the Service Agreement page. However, when the Account ID is changed on a Master SA, the related SA Relationship is broken, and the Sub SA remains on the 'old' Account ID with no way of changing it (i.e. the Account ID field is disabled). This business process is required when, for example, multiple services are being combined onto a single Account (i.e. Summary Account) and the SA ID's are used as primary identifiers with 3rd party suppliers. In this scenario, expiring the contracts and creating new ones is not acceptable.
