Data Saved In EVENTS TAB not available in copied cases (Doc ID 1542052.1)

Symptoms

Data entered in copied cases is not saved.

In copied cases - events tab, event-to-product assessment sub-tab is missing data which was originally there in the main case.
After entering the data in the same sub-tab, system saves the data successfully with a message "FRM-40407: Transaction Complete; applied records saved."
On re-opening the same case the data goes missing from the event-to-product assessment sub-tab.
