RIB Managed Servers Are Not Coming Up In A Cluster Environment (Doc ID 1542161.1)

Symptoms

RIB application (rib-<app>) managed servers in the weblogic server console are not coming up.The following managed servers are configured in the weblogic server with two nodes (Node1 and Node2):

1. rib-func-wls-instance1
2. rib-func-wls-instance2
3. rib-rms-wls-instance1
4. rib-rms-wls-instance2
5. rib-rpm-wls-instance1
6. rib-rpm-wls-instance2
7. rib-sim-wls-instance1
8. rib-sim-wls-instance2
9. rib-tafr-wls-instance1
10.rib-tafr-wls-instance2

All the servers are in failed state and when started, they are failing with the below errors:

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Configure the RIB application and its managed serers in a clustered environment.

2. Try starting the RIB Managed Servers from Admin Console (i.e. Administration Console --> Environment --> Servers --> <MyServerName> --> Control --> Start/Stop) - the start-up fails and you get the above error message(s).
