RIB Managed Servers Are Not Coming Up In A Cluster Environment

RIB application (rib-<app>) managed servers in the weblogic server console are not coming up.The following managed servers are configured in the weblogic server with two nodes (Node1 and Node2):
All the servers are in failed state and when started, they are failing with the below errors:
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Configure the RIB application and its managed serers in a clustered environment.
2. Try starting the RIB Managed Servers from Admin Console (i.e. Administration Console --> Environment --> Servers --> <MyServerName> --> Control --> Start/Stop) - the start-up fails and you get the above error message(s).
