PCM_OP_BILL_GET_ITEM_EVENT_CHARGE_DISCOUNT Opcode Returns No Data

Goal

 

For a scenario where case number of events for an account are greater than 1000 ( e.g. 3349 events) ,  PCM_OP_BILL_GET_ITEM_EVENT_CHARGE_DISCOUNT opcode call from Customer Center returns no data.
Running the PCM_OP_BILL_GET_ITEM_EVENT_CHARGE_DISCOUNT opcode directly via testnap also returns no event data when the account has more than 3349 events
