How to Delete an UNASSIGNED TN Instance Previously Assigned to a Service (Doc ID 1542965.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


UIM versions prior to does not allows deletion of TN which was assigned to a service in past.
Reason being UIM keep such TN for history purpose as they were once assigned against a Service as many have data retention obligations for TN set by the government
