Store Hierarchy Import Fails Due to 'ORA-00001: unique constraint violated' When PA_CT_SEQ and PA_PRTY_SEQ Overlap (Doc ID 1542979.1)

In Oracle Retail Central Office (ORCO), store hierarchy import fails due to 'unique constraint' on table PA_ARTY caused by overlapping sequences PA_CT_SEQ and PA_PRTY_SEQ.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create customers from Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) so that the number of customers created is greater in number than the PA_PRTY_SEQ.
2. Confirm that all new customers are replicated from the store to central office.
    Note: PA_CT_SEQ is used to store ID_PRTY in PA_PRTY table. In the database PA_CT_SEQ should be greater than PA_PRTY_SEQ
3. Import store hierarchy file into ORCO
