PMDA ID# Is Not Imported From ACK File (Doc ID 1543279.1)

Goal

When an Ack file from PMDA is imported, the 'Acknowledge Report Tracking #' and 'PMDA number' is blank.

The Ack file contains localreportnumb tag value such as
<localreportnumb>1-12345678</localreportnumb>

On the View ACK screen, 'Acknowledge Report Tracking #' shows null.
On Case Form >> Analysis >> PMDA Info >> General, Pmda number field is null.
As the result, the follow-up reports cannot be generated.
