Users Cannot Add Activities To Timesheets in Progress Reporter When Running On WebSphere Application Server

On :  7.0 SP2 version, Primavera P6 Professional Project Management,TimeSheet Module, WebSphere Application Server

When users try to add activities, they are unable to see them on their Time Sheets. When the users pull up Progress Reporter, their time sheet will be blank.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Log into Progress Reporter

2. Go to Action > Add activity

3. Go to PR > Timesheet

No errors related to this issue are saved in the Progress Reporter log files. (Any log level)
