The following is the current list of products (related to Endeca) available for selection in the Product field when filing SRs on My Oracle Support (MOS):
- Oracle EBS Extensions for Oracle Endeca - INSTALL
- Oracle Commerce Guided Search / Oracle Commerce Experience Manager
- Oracle Endeca Information Discovery Integrator
- Oracle Endeca Information Discovery Studio
- Oracle Endeca Server
The purpose of this document is to help customers/partners determine the product to select in MOS when filing a SR for the Endeca software. This will help avoid delays due to potential misrouting of SRs to queues/support teams when an incorrect product is selected.
