As for January 22, 2014 the product names for Oracle Endeca Guided Search / Endeca Experience Manager was changed to Oracle Commerce Guided Search / Oracle Commerce Experience Manager.  Please refer to Oracle ATG and Oracle Endeca Product Name Changes - January 2014 (Doc ID 1616270.1) fore more details on the product name changes.

The following is the current list of products (related to Endeca) available for selection in the Product field when filing SRs on My Oracle Support (MOS):

The purpose of this document is to help customers/partners determine the product to select in MOS when filing a SR for the Endeca software.  This will help avoid delays due to potential misrouting of SRs to queues/support teams when an incorrect product is selected.
